Welcome!

The LM Show Christmas Print Drive is a worldwide, community-powered 3D printing project where makers come together to design, print, and ship fun, family-friendly, safe, and inspiring toys to children and families in need.

We all remember the joy of pulling that very first 3D print from the bed. This drive is about sharing that same feeling of wonder — inspiring, educating, and bringing smiles to faces during the holiday season.

“I have an incredible passion for 3D printing, and my hope is that if you watch my live show, you can feel my genuine love for sharing 3D printing with the world.” — Loyal

Over the years we’ve completed 8 highly successful global gift drives, delivering thousands of free 3D printed toys to children and families all across the world.

This year is different. In 2025, we’re introducing a brand-new design approach: simple kit-card style toys. With one print equaling one gift, our community can reach even more families than ever before.

Together, let’s make this the biggest and most impactful LM Show Christmas Print Drive yet!

2025 KIT-CARD THEME!

This year we’re introducing something new!

The 2025 LM Show Christmas Print Drive is all about kit-card toys — simple, single-print designs that pop out and assemble into fun creations.

With this new format, every print is a complete gift, allowing our community to reach more children and families than ever before.

Our mini-theme for this year is Imagination and Discovery. Each kit-card is a small adventure — something a child can pop out, build, and instantly bring to life. It’s a simple idea with a big impact, and it gives our designers endless creative freedom to design inspiring toys that are fun, safe, and shareable with the world.

Loyal Moses:

In the past, we personally covered all costs for giveaways — everything from printer operation and filament to gifts, packaging, and worldwide shipping. Those expenses were significant, but the joy they created made every effort worthwhile.

Today, as full-time content creators, we focus our energy on sharing 3D printing with the world and leading the LM Show Christmas Print Drive. To make this possible, we invite our community to join us — by helping design models, printing free 3D printed gifts, and supporting with donations and support that go directly toward packaging and shipping costs.

Together, we can reach more families than ever and make this year’s drive our most impactful yet.

Participation

This year our designs are different — we’re creating fun kit-card toys that:

 • Fit easily on a 180mm build plate
 • Follow the flat kit-card style
 • Are simple to assemble
 • Are fun, family-friendly, and safe
 • Avoid sharp edges, small breakable parts, or choking hazards

We’re looking for creative kit-card designs of all kinds! From robots, planes, and trains to sports cars, animals, and even fantasy-inspired creations. The only requirement is that they follow the kit-card format and meet our safety guidelines. Whether it’s a playful city vehicle, a quirky character, or a magical creature, the goal is simple: safe, fun, family-friendly toys that can be printed in one piece, popped out, and assembled with a smile.

Safety is our primary focus, although these toys are NOT intended for children under the age of 4, we want to make sure they are as safe as possible wherever they end up! All design and model submissions for review will need to meet the following criteria along with some other basic needs:

  • 2" minimum size (cannot fit in 2" diameter tube)
  • 8" maximum size in any direction
  • No sharp edges
  • No small objects
  • No choking hazards
  • No articulation
  • Not easily breakable
  • Family friendly
  • Print without supports
  • Easy to print
  • Quality
  • Fun!

Additionally, all submissions must provide permission for Loyal Moses and The LM Show to market, print, share, post, modify, etc -- we want to keep this simple, and make sure that getting safe 3D printed gifts to children and families is our focus.

Please send submissions to loyal@thelmshow.com - in standard STL format w/ the subject including the tag "#XPD25" so I can find them easier!

Please be open to fair and positive critique, as we want to make sure our gifts meet all of our requirements and can work cohesively together to accomplish our goals this print drive!

3D Printing these models is a significant undertaking! We welcome everyone to participate! Whether you have a single printer, or an entire print farm, we invite you to download these models, print toys that you can be proud of and get them to us!

The following page includes links to the STLs for this print drive, as well as instructions and requirements.

Printing Guidelines

Don't have a 3D printer? We HIGHLY recommend the Bambu Lab X1C, P1S, P1P or A1 Series for FAST, high quality, multicolor printing - additionally the Creality Ender 3 V3 KE, and SE are fast and cost effective printers. For larger printers, the Sovol SV08, Comgrow T300 and Elegoo Neptune 3 and 4 series are wonderful machines. These printers can be purchased quickly, and you can be up and printing within minutes.
